Founded in 1966, our firm is a multi-disciplinary professional services organization registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The firm was established by the late CA U.S. Bohara, a distinguished Chartered Accountant known for his integrity and professional excellence.

Building upon this strong foundation, CA J.L. Nagori later joined the firm, contributing significantly to its expansion and evolution. Over the years, the firm has continued to grow, adding dynamic partners and extending its presence through a robust network of offices across the country.
